SA Profirst, whose registered office is located at Chaussée de Lasne 42, 1330 Rixensart, registered at the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) under number 0433.237.731 (hereinafter referred to as «We», “Us”) attaches importance to the way in which your personal data is processed (hereinafter referred to as «Data»). This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter the «Policy») explains how We collect, process and protect the Data via our website www.peterlindbergh-coruna.com. It contains information about the type of Data collected, for what purposes it is processed and how you can exercise your rights in relation to your Data. SA Profirst (hereinafter «We», “Us”), whose registered office is located at Chaussée de Lasne 42, 1330 Rixensart, registered at the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) under number 0433.237.731, is the controller of your Data.

II. Basic principles of the processing of your Data

You are under no obligation to provide Us with the Data requested on our website. However, if you decide not to provide certain Data, We may not be able to provide certain services or deliver certain products;

  • We collect and process your Data only for the purposes that are described in this Policy or for specific purposes of which We have informed you and/or for which you have given your consent;
  • We adopt the principle of minimization, namely, to collect and process only the Data necessary for the purposes envisaged;

  • If Data is no longer required and there is no legal obligation for Us to retain it, We will do our best to delete, destroy or anonymize it.

III. What Data do We process?

We may directly collect the following categories of Data:

a. personal details: your name, surname and e-mail address if you register to receive notifications about the exhibition in La Coruna (opening of the exhibition, events, etc.) which will be held in Spain from December,4 2021 to February, 28 2022

b. (hereinafter the «Exhibition»),

c. exchanges with Us, which may include details of conversations that have taken place through email exchanges or messages on our social networks;

d. personal information that you may choose to share with Us (age, birthday, gender, lifestyle preferences),

e. browsing history, such as the pages visited, the date of the visit, the location during the visit, or the IP address;

We may also indirectly collect the above categories of Data when:

a. you share content on social networks, websites or applications related to our products or services or by responding to our promotional posts and announcements on social networks;

b.We read or collect Data about you through information collected by other websites or collected on social networks or public profiles.

IV. For what purposes and on what legal basis is your Data processed?

We collect and process your Data in order to provide you with a service that is best suited to your needs , for communication purposes or to inform you of our activities. We may collect, hold, use and disclose your Data for the following purposes:

a. to manage your registration;

b. to send you all the notifications related to your registration: opening of the Exhibition, events etc...;

c. to process and respond to your inquiries and to contact you to respond to your inquiries;

d. to develop and improve our products, services, communication methods and the functionality of our websites and/ or applications;

e. to manage our day-to-day services in connection with your registration, participation in our contests, sweepstakes, promotional activities, activities or privileges;

f. to authenticate your identity if you contact Us by telephone, electronically or otherwise;

g. to ensure the quality of our services;

h. to better understand and evaluate your interests and to develop our activities;

We may also need your Data to comply with legal obligations or as part of a contractual relationship We have with you.
Depending on the purpose of the processing, the legal basis is as follows:

  • the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or the performance of actions prior to such contract,
  • compliance with a legal obligation imposed on Us,
  • our legitimate interest.

V. How long do We keep your Data?

We will only keep your Data for as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it was collected: to manage your registration for Exhibition-related notifications, to respond to your request for information and to follow up on this request; to execute a contract concluded with you, etc. .... This period is increased by the time required to meet our legal accounting and archiving obligations. This period may be increased in the event of a claim or legal dispute to ensure the defense of our rights.

VI.Your rights

You are entitled to the following rights concerning your Data which you can exercise at any time:

Right of access: you can obtain information about the processing of your Data by Us as well as a copy of that Data.

Right of rectification: if you believe that your Data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be amended accordingly.

a. Right to erasure: in the cases and conditions provided for in Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), you may request the erasure of your Data.

b. Right to restrict processing: in the cases and under the conditions provided for in Article 18 GDPR, you may request the restriction of the processing of your Data.

c. Right to object: you may object to the processing of your Data on grounds relating to your particular situation where We base the processing on our legitimate interest. You have the absolute right to object to the processing of your Data for canvassing and direct marketing purposes.

d.Right to withdraw your consent: if the processing of your Data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent free of charge at any time.

e. Right to the portability of your data: in the cases and conditions provided for in Article 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the Data you have provided to Us in a commonly used and machine-readable structured format and, where technically

VII. How do We protect your Data?

VIII. Accessing and sharing your Data

Our subcontractors will have access to your Data and only to the extent strictly necessary for the purpose We have authorized. Our IT service provider may have access to the Data during the maintenance of our website, to resolve an incident or to develop our website. Sendinblue SAS, a French company registered in the Companies Register (RCS) under number 498 019 298, whose registered office is located at 7 rue de Madrid, 75008, may process your Data for the purposes of storing and managing communications related to the Exhibition for which you have requested to receive notifications through your registration. Sendinblue may use subsequent subcontractors who will have access to your Data only to the extent strictly necessary for the purpose We have authorized. Your Data will not be shared with other organizations except in cases where disclosure is required by law and/or government authorities or in the context of litigation.

IX. International transfers of your Data

Your Data is stored in the European Economic Area. It may be processed by Sendinblue (our subcontractor) or a subsequent subcontractor of Sendinblue outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If such processing takes place in a country that does not benefit from an adequacy decision from the Commission (i.e. a country that does not offer a similar level of protection of personal data to that of the EEA), an agreement will be concluded with the subcontractor on the basis of the standard contractual clauses established by the Commission for this type of transfer of Data.
